A Virtual/In-Person Hybrid

When PsychPhilly chooses to reopen its doors (date TBD), if you are fully vaccinated, you will have the option to be seen remotely or in-person for most appointment types. Your safety is our top priority, and as such we ask that any safety protocols (below) put forth by PsychPhilly be followed during in-person visits.

We will continue to operate as a paperless office in regards to billing, paperwork, & scheduling. All communication will continue to be sent digitally, with the exception of previous agreements with our staff.

Appointment scheduling through our website will continue to be the general protocol. We understand the commitment it takes to prioritize your mental health, and are constantly working to validate and support you in that undertaking. We look forward to navigating this new normal together.

Telehealth options

We will continue to see patients remotely as well as in-person when our office reopens. Our providers’ virtual appointments and meetings take place via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. These unique links will be provided to you upon scheduling.

Staying connected remotely

We are happy to have a small staff of professionals working diligently from their make-shift home offices 5 days a week. From scheduling to billing to social media, we do it all- safely and remotely.

Effortless Scheduling

Our scheduling platform makes it quick and easy to schedule your next appointment. Whether you are meeting with us for the first time, collaborating professionally, or coming in for a regular follow-up appointment, we have a user-friendly calendar for you to utilize.

Safety Protocols

  • PsychPhilly will continue to operate 100% remotely until further notice. When the office re-opens (date TBA), you will have the option to choose a “virtual appointment” or an “in-person appointment” when scheduling through Acuity. If your needs/preferences change after scheduling your appointment, please contact frontdesk@psychphilly.com.

  • Only those who are fully vaccinated (at least first 2 vaccinations) are permitted to be seen in-person at our Carpenter Street location once we re-open. Please be honest regarding your vaccination status for your safety, the safety of our staff, and the safety of our community.

  • Talk Therapy, Evaluation appointments, Medical Marijuana Evaluations, and any appointment 60 minutes or longer will continue to take place remotely until further notice. There will be no in-person appointments that exceed 60 minutes at this time.

  • When you enter the office, please wear a face covering. Once inside the office, please confirm your name and appointment time with the front desk staff. At this time, we ask that you keep a face covering on while sitting inside the waiting room area.

  • Professional Collaboration & Pharmaceutical Lunch meetings will continue to take place remotely until further notice. There will be no in-person professional or pharmaceutical meetings at this time.

  • All payment, scheduling, and paperwork will be handled virtually. Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date with the billing office prior to your appointment time to avoid a balance. No cash, checks, etc. will be accepted.

  • All chairs & surfaces in the waiting room, restroom, and appointment rooms will be cleaned between patients. Please allow a buffer of 2-3 minutes before/after your appointment for our staff to ensure the office spaces are cleaned.
